Roles (SPOILERS)

The troublemaker (more haste than help?)
Since Jeile acts on the spot without much thought, it does get other people into trouble. Probably himself too, but so far it doesn't seem as consequential. But it's because of him, that Merupuri has some humour and plot. In fact, he's the one spinning more than half of the humour. It's also because of him that Aram is forced to Airi's world, meets her and so on. In other words, you can't have Merupuri without him! He does try to restrain his emotions (and he does so completely come serious issues), but it's obvious that at the end, they still get the better of him.

The romanticist (a rose for you?)
Certainly the most expressive, vocal and passionate character altogether! Of course, this side of him was brought out even more due to an experience with Lei. (more?) He offers roses to all the girls he like quite frivalously. So bottomline, yes, a flirt. But he doesn't make thoughtless promises to them (like let's get married now!). He respects his partners in a sense, behind the sweet sweet language. If he's more serious about them, the more so - like Airi. (more?) In any case, he certainly knows a way to a girl's heart (or at least most of them). Maybe because Aram keeps witnessing this, he begins to become possessive of Airi.

Or not? Jeile doesn't seem to be able to act as he does with other girls with Jei. Unable to accept her appearance at first, he's always running away from her. (more?) So it seems that Jeile has some boyish-like innocence within him. Later on, we see that their marriage is a rather normal one too. He doesn't really behave in a grandeur manner. This, I believe, is quite a nice aspect of this couple.

The harasser (surely not a thousand times?)
Jeile is obsessive and possessive about what he loves. There are exceptions, but clearly his victimes include Aram and Airi (and maybe his father's beard too). But he's not so in a maniacal way, possibly in an ignorant and clumsy and loving way. For one thing, he bears no malice. Jeile merely wants some returned feelings. That probably explains his little masochistic streak with Airi. On the lower level, he appears to like teasing Aram too, just to see Aram's cute reaction (brotherly complex anyone?). Thankfully, Hino Matsuri does all of this in a humourous way.

The ruler (the hidden face?)
Since Jeile does take over his father's place as king, he should have the makings of one! When Jeile appears in public, he's much more calmer and respectable. However, we do see that he steals away from work issues at times. Nevertheless, at the end of the day he gets them done. He's also serious about being the ruler (he is the eldest son). We see that at a tender age, he claims that he can be powerful enough to do so despite his relationship with Maruru. (more?) If he wasn't serious, he needn't spend 10 years training since he could still support her. Astelle probably won't decline under him but (hopefully) flourish instead with some liveliness from him.

The caregiver (try a little tenderness?)
Most prominent when he's with Maruru. He takes her in wholeheartedly despite the trouble, never once complaining. Also, Jeile reveals a little of this with Airi when she's upset about Aram's partial memory loss. He's more sensitive even though he keeps up his flashy attitude. In this aspect, I must stress, Jeile does not act obsessively or compulsively. Not at all. On the other hand he's more thoughtful than ever.

The family guy (an admirable figure to look up to?)
He does have two children with Jei. So yes, they probably have some chemistry already. (more?) His children seem pretty clingy to him (any resemblance?) so clearly they're a loving party. Both of them seem polar opposites of each other and respond to each other quite well (maybe fraternal twins?). So we can safely say that it won't be another Jeile to Aram scenario, especially since Jeile is the type to shower his love on all of his children.
