A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject. (TAFL)

'Because I Want To See Your Smile' (Kimi ga Egao ga Mitai Kara) is a Clef character song. From the lyrics, I believe that he is referring to Umi, hence the name of this website. You can view the song's lyrics here.

Layout?
A relatively simple layout? And a very blue one, lol. The song lyrics I used are from this vocaloid song, and I picked that particular verse as I thought it was really beautiful and somehow fitting of the relationship, no matter how you want to interpret it. In summary, whether there was a reason behind their encounter, and whether it was fate or not, the happiness felt from the relationship wouldn't change (full song translations).
